ROUTINE INSPECTIONS

Routine irrigation inspections help catch small problems before they turn into costly repairs or wasted water. Many of our clients choose to add monthly or quarterly irrigation inspections to their routine landscape maintenance, allowing our team to regularly check sprinkler heads, valves, coverage, and overall system performance while we are already servicing the property.

BROKEN SPINKLERS

Broken or damaged sprinkler heads are one of the most common causes of poor irrigation coverage and water waste. We replaced the broken spray head and restored proper coverage to keep the landscape watered efficiently.

BROKEN MAIN LINE

A broken irrigation main line can cause significant water loss because it is under constant pressure and can continue leaking even when the irrigation system is not running. We repaired the damaged main line and restored the system to proper working condition.

BROKEN LATERAL LINE

Broken lateral lines—also known as the lines after the valve—can cause flooding, poor coverage, and wasted water when the system is running. We repaired the damaged line and restored proper water flow to the affected area.

VALVE UPDATE & REPLACEMENT

We replaced an outdated index valve system with modern electronic irrigation valves, providing more reliable operation and better control over each irrigation zone. This upgrade makes the system easier to maintain and allows for more consistent watering.

CONTROLER REPLACEMENT

An outdated or malfunctioning irrigation controller can prevent your system from running properly and consistently. We replaced the old controller with a new, reliable unit to provide better control and dependable scheduling for the entire irrigation system.
